It's finally Spring and time for family hiking trips. This is St. Something park on the North part of Lake Washington. You can see that Opal is a natural woodsperson by her red long underwear onesey. Her father also looks like he belongs in the woods.
Her mother, on the other hand, looks like she just stepped out of High Society magazine. Uh... Yeah.
The good thing is, Opal got her mother's eyes. The other good thing is, she didn't get her eyebrows.

Both Opal and her Mommy have lovely eyebrows! Lovely doe eyes too..
Eyebrows are great for catching mushi rice cereal from getting into your eyes... She's super cute, and looks pretty content to be carried around in the woods.
Give her time; the eyebrows come to us all.
